Zendesk allows you to see all the tickets you've logged or been CC'd on in an easy to use web portal.
Click the "sign in" link on the top right - if you've logged a ticket, you've already got an account but will need to follow the reset password process the first time in order to get your password.
Once you're logged in, click the Requests link, which you'll find below your username (also in the top right):
You'll see all your tickets and their status listed - clicking on "Requests I'm CC'd on" will also show you the same detail for any ticket the original requestor or our support team have added you to:
