If you are a non SSO user, and have forgotten your password to log in to ControliQ, you will need to reset your password using the link as shown below:
Next you will need to enter your ControliQ Username, this may be your email address but not always. If you are unsure of your ControliQ Username you will need to contact your AOM Champion or Team Leader who will be able to advise you. ActiveOps Support are unable to confirm user credentials, or reset your password via support ticket.
If you are unable to receive external emails, or do not have an email address associated with your user account you will need to contact your AOM Champion or ControliQ Administrator who will be able to reset your password via the Staff Member Admin screen.
Once you've entered your username, press the Submit Button as shown below.
You will then receive the below screen. This confirms that a password reset email has been sent to the email address linked to your account. If you do not receive an email please wait 10 minutes, and check your Spam and Junk mail folders.
If you still do not receive an email, please raise a ticket with ActiveOps Support and we will be able to check that one was sent successfully, if it was you will need to query it not being received with your local IT.
Once you receive the email, click the button Reset Password this will take you to the reset password screen.
Once on this screen, enter your new password, making sure that it meets the password requirements of being between 8-15 characters in length, a mix of upper and lower case letters and symbols. It must also not be a password you have used before.
Once you've entered your new password, and confirmed it in the next box (be careful to ensure you type the same password in both fields) press the Submit button and your password will be changed.
Please note, if you have already entered your password incorrectly sufficient times to invoke a security lockout, resetting your password will not revert the lockout and you will still need to wait for the allotted time to pass before you're able to log in.
